1. Unzip the zip file and Open "Upgrade Tool" (EXE file)
2. Click 'Search'
3. You will see two screens listed: Customer Display Screen is 1, Main screen is 2 [!!IMPORTANT!!]
4. Click on "1" for Customer Display Screen
5. Click on "Load Hex"
6. Select the 101.hex file for Customer Display Screen. (156.hex is for Main screen) [!!IMPORTANT!!]
7. Once load is complete, reclick on "1" from the list to select the Customer Display Screen
8. With the screen selected, click "Upgrade" at the top to perform the upgrade.
9. Confirm by clicking "OK" and wait for the upgrade to be completed
10. Once completed, check customer display screen to make sure touch is well calibrated.
11. (Optional) Repeat above steps for main screen, using AP-2 and 156.hex
12. You may need to recalibrate the screens in Control Panel -> Tablet PC Settings (https://help.volcora.com/en/support/solutions/articles/73000640145-extended-display-touchscreen-configuration)
Note: Customer display is 1 and main screen is 2. Do not mix up! For customer display, choose 101.hex
